Great service, but they need to improve their support

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With SauceLabs we had the opportunity to scale our automated tests for web application UI to several browsers so it was difficult because we were forced to implement browser-specific forks in our code, but it was very easy to achieve that with its unified API, instead of setting up several environments on our testing servers. We were able to catch the traffic that our app produces on Sauce Cloud machines for testing, using this nice ...

We are very satisfied with Sauce

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Sauce Labs is smart app that allows me to tackle all testing challenges I have. It offers many testing platforms. I use this software because of the mindset on device, easy to set up, better communication with my account team, pricing and technology. Even though their device list is not as big as the list from other vendor, I don’t have to wait for each device to run on, I can do it whenever I want on the device I want. The other ...

A slick and 'saucy' approach to cloud based testing!

What do you like best? Cloud based device testing and automation are a major plus for Sauce Labs. I like having a wide variety devices, operating systems and browsers available for testing on demand, and it's extremely helpful for our automation. What do you dislike? The logging at the moment doesn't seem to be all that great, and from time to time I encounter some lag or stuttering issues over the network causing some of our tests to fail or it prevents the user interface from being ...

SauceLabs helps us to reduce the cost of running manual testing

What do you like best? It has a variety of platforms and devices that we can choose from. The great thing is that SauceLabs support appium and mobile devices testing. We currently have some web product so testing the responsiveness is a must. And with Saucelabs, we have reduced the number and effort of manual testing by running the test on the cloud. What do you dislike? I wish there is a mobile app for that for easier access. For sometimes we want to check the result immediately, we need ...

One Platform all Devices

What do you like best? I like very much the "test object" solution. It is very helpful to not have physical devices in the office, having the possibility to access to an online site to pick any device at any time. It is really amazing and help our team to be more productive, cheaper and faster. What do you dislike? Sometimes the network speed is a bit poor... I think it is because we are in Argentina and it is a long distance between us. But it is really a bad point to all the South ...

my experience testing with saucelabs

What do you like best? I like the ease to run a lot of combinations of OS/browser/version when i'm testing web apps with selenium just calling selenium hub. Testing and automate tests in different browsers and operative systems is a hard and expensive task, because you have to install and the do all maintenance and updating work. What do you dislike? When you need to trial the application, the trial accounts are very limited, without all OS and browsers available in the professional ...
