Powerful service with poor documentation and support

What do you like best? With SauceLabs we were able to scale our automated tests for web application UI to multiple browsers. I can't say that was easy (we were forced to implement browser-specific forks in our code, but it was much more easy to achieve that with SauceLabs unified API rather than setting up a bunch of environments on our testing servers. We were also able to capture traffic that our app produces on Sauce Cloud machines for testing using nice Sauce Connect feature. What ...

GREAT AUTOMATION TOOL

What do you like best? I am able to test manual and automated work with saucelabs. And the nest thing of all is that you don't need different devices. The saucelab UI has those device emulator already installed. What do you dislike? so far I did not have any bad experience with this tool, Works perfectly for my small team. works for some people, but didn't for us

What do you like best? Their support was in-depth and quite knowledgeable. Hypothetically, they have great coverage of different browsers and operating systems ... if you can get your tests to run. What do you dislike? We were never able to get our parallel, multi-browser Selenium test suite to run and pass after weeks.
