What do you like best about Satispay? it is very easy, I just bring one tool (telephone) then I can make e-payment, I can pay my friend or shop without physically in front of them. Pay road tax, richarge telephone, and many others, share with friend expense. What do you dislike about Satispay? well, I am not sure it is because of satispay or because of internet link, sometimes in some shops I have difficulty to use satispay to make payment. Promptly and efficient customer service
I contacted Satispay's support via app yesterday, because I couldn't top up my balance and I needed to make a very important payment asap. I got a promptly reply today, with my issue fixed. Great support experience!
