Some things in the Ideas portal are fixes which should be implemented not just an idea. Solid, Easy-to-Use LMS

What do you like best? I have implemented Litmos in two organizations that I have worked at, and both times the initial installation was fast (one-day) and easy. Litmos provides all the built in tools and features to make it a valuable and capable stand-alone LMS. What do you dislike? Exceptional platform run by an amazing team

What do you like best? The platform is easy to use and had a great look and feel when working within it. It's given our company a consistent platform for us all to work within and the modules all have a fresh look and feel to them with an appropriate level of humor when appropriate as well which makes some of the dryer topic easier to engage with. What do you like best? Simplicity and the ability to decentralise the admin function. Automated scheduled reporting. Integration with our HRIS (PeopleSoft). What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's user friendly and easy for manage, run reports. Easy to search, edit and run reports, assign and upload courses. Allows you to practice social distancing during Covid times. What do you dislike? At times in the past, when updates have occurred it prevented us from the filtering without inactive courses which provided us with incorrect numbers. What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of being able to create and monitor courses and learning paths. What do you dislike? Reporting features could be more precise. It is hard to filter down to what you need from the limited features of the reporting mechanism. What do you like best? Litmos is very user friendly. Manager's are able to use it often without assistance. There are a lot of courses. I am always able to receive support if I ever had any questions. What do you dislike? I would prefer more Australian courses, for example HACCP and food safety courses.
