What do you like best about SAP Field Service Management? "User Interface and Functionality Needs Updating"

What do you like best about SAP Field Service Management? There aren't too many steps for entering my time sheets which is nice. The best part is the copy from previous day's hour function. What do you dislike about SAP Field Service Management? Entering time is tedious- the system should remember previous schedules, especially if you work the same hours each week, and let you copy entire time sheets.
