A comprehensive tool for long term service
PROS: SAP ERP has all the tools needed for accounting, finance, procurement, and logistics area. It can guide the user on how to best manage its inventory. Particularly on the inventory management side, it makes the workload so much easier because the user will just have to input the data into the program, helping avoid data repetition. The same inventory can also be accessed by other departments or divisions. Truly, it has all the accounting tools that you will need.

This is great tool for large companies
PROS: SAP has great set of features and resources that are useful for large companies. You can find lots of resources and tutorials available so you can make the integration even more smooth. I have found out that lot of companies use SAP and it integrates with other system so it makes the process more seamless. Great system for organizing processes and making them even more efficient.

I found it great and affordable solution
PROS: SAP ERP offers few modules and utilities that are perfect for marketing and sales, development and product design, production and inventory control and field service, HR and accounting. I like that it collects and combines data from each modules and it allows you to have better conditions for the enterprise resource planning. You have everything you need in one place
PROS: I like that there is great visibilities within the modules. We use various modules for customization of standard and I love the standard set into the SAP. And the good thing is that once you create an experience with table names, program variables, Tcodes and naming convention you can use it everywhere you want.

All data and all you need for running your business is in one place
PROS: What I like about the ERP is the flexibility of the data within all modules. In my department we work with various modules for customization of standard. I love the standard set within the SAP, and once you create an experience with table names, naming convention, program variables and Tcodes you can use the system everywhere you want whether you are in the company or at home.
