What do you like best? The reporting feature and the ability to add any level of data to a report is fantastic. the amount of reports now available for metrics and the detail within each is much improved from our last system. Each report can be tailored to my team, a specific sales rep, our market or the nation. What do you dislike? Each action is broken down to the most minute detail. Adding a sales rep to workbench? Great Enterprise tool

One of the best report generation tools

What do you like best? It has interoperability with most of the databases in our environment. It's ability to generate report from these data is commentable. What do you dislike? The UI looks very outdated. It could have done much better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Numerous. It plays a great role in all our reporting activities.

Experience with Business Objects

What do you like best? I have used business objects for over 2.5 years now. It is great tool for scripting and developing reports. It has easy drag and drop options to select what variable you want in your final report. If you have large number of facilities and have data stored in multiple universes, it allows you to create a combined query and get final report from multiple universes. Once you learn it, it is very helpful

What do you like best? Sap can be used for so many things. There is a fix for everything What do you dislike? It can be hard to learn initially. Almost like a foreign language. Recommendations to others considering the product: Sap can do everything!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am delivering orders for a retail company and making sure that everything gets processed correctly.
