"Great Headless CMS"

What do you like best about Sanity? Very easy to use and teach my non-tech clients how to use the studio for content management. The basic/free tier is great in terms of accessible features. Integrates very well with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. What do you dislike about Sanity? Some of the more intricate things about Sanity don't have the best documentation. Setting up a sanity project can feel complicated; there are plenty of video tutorials for this, but wish it could be ...

"Sanity experience was out of the this world. Never thought something like it existed."

What do you like best about Sanity? So far so good; the CMS part solved millions of my problems. I was able to integrate to my app which was based on Sonny Sangha youtube tutorial. I was watching the tutorial one 11 months after upload but I was still able to integrate. The realtime functionality is also amazing What do you dislike about Sanity? Just that there's no much documentation about it or rather presence in the developer communities. What problems is Sanity solving and how is that ...

"Flexibility"

What do you like best about Sanity? I used the Sanity hosted studio, which was about as simple to setup as it could possibly be. I still get to deploy my own data model, and customize the editor where I needed to. I'm using some plugins to enhance the studio (Dalle generating images for some posts and author profile pictures). I like that I can see what content other editors are in, so we're not clashing while making updates or content. They recently added the Studio API Reference, which is ...

We can't use tailwind for customisation in sanity.studio subdomain What problems is Sanity solving and how is that benefiting you? We can edit content on website with revalidation instead of changing the code and redeploying it

"Very powerful and highly customizable headless CMS"

What do you like best about Sanity? Sanity has really nailed what a headless/composable CMS should be. It gives us all the features we could imagine wanting from our content layer, without ever getting in our way. The fact that the Studio can be embedded into our own Next.js application and customized at will using React opens up a world of opportunities to use this not only as a replacement for our old CMS (WordPress) but for all kinds of other content workflows we haven't even imagined ...

"Sanity makes my life easier"

What do you like best about Sanity? Sanity makes it so much easier for my clients to add/edit content to their websites. It saves me the hassle from building an individual backend for each client. I just hook into sanity, and they can log in with a simple gmail account What do you dislike about Sanity? My only issues with Sanity are the nuanced integrations with Next.js specifically. From version to version small things change and there aren't always previous implementations out there in ...

"Using sanity from v2 to v3"

What do you like best about Sanity? Sanity.io's infrastructure, based on JavaScript and React, seamlessly aligns with the Next.js environment, minimizing the learning curve and facilitating a familiar development experience. The scalability of the platform is remarkable, catering to the needs of both small-scale projects and large enterprise systems equally well. What do you dislike about Sanity? For straightforward tasks, GROQ can feel overly verbose and complicated, and while it can ...

"Best CMS solution I've worked with so far."

What do you like best about Sanity? Clean and intuitive interface, good and throughout documentation with some video examples and tutorials, making it much more easy to start using the product. Query syntax is very powerful. What do you dislike about Sanity? Getting started with Sanity CMS may have a steeper learning curve compared to simpler CMS solutions, but good docs and tutorial help. Compared to some other CMS options, can be more expensive, especially for larger projects or higher ...

"easy to use with Gatsby"

What do you like best about Sanity? sample data, examples to update, fetching data, integration with any frontend framework What do you dislike about Sanity? if there are more video tutorials would be great What problems is Sanity solving and how is that benefiting you? Put centralized data in one API. One single API point to quickly get data
