What do you like best about Sanity? I used the Sanity hosted studio, which was about as simple to setup as it could possibly be. I still get to deploy my own data model, and customize the editor where I needed to. I'm using some plugins to enhance the studio (Dalle generating images for some posts and author profile pictures).
