"Fantastic way to build a powerful digital experience"

What do you like best about Sanity? I love the fact that it is super easy to get going with, is easy to use, and to handover to a client afterwards; they don't need to have a tech background to use it What do you dislike about Sanity? I did find some of the integrations with things like NEXT a bit difficult and a lack of documentation for this. Recommendations to others considering Sanity: Watch the livestreams, join the slack and get stuck in! What problems is Sanity solving and how is ...

"The most flexible content system for my organisation"

What do you like best about Sanity? With sanity, I can create an excellent authoring experience and tailor it to the specific need of our projects. The native integration with Shopify is also great for running headless e-commerce sites with gatsby.js or next.js What do you dislike about Sanity? There is a small hurdle in getting started with sanity because it's necessary to set up a local dev environment and be somewhat proficient in js. So the content model can only be edited by a ...

"Sanity.io - A CMS in review"

What do you like best about Sanity? I love the fact that Sanity is an API driven CMS. Being able to have remote structured data, that can be customised by React Components. I find the way it exposes the content via APIs and GraphQl makes this a fast and easy to use CMS. What do you dislike about Sanity? Finding a reason to dislike Sanity is hard; however it is hard to understand to how Sanity will work at scale for your use cases. This is based on my project examples - it would be good for ...

"Robust for engineers, easy to use for content creators"

What do you like best about Sanity? As an engineer, Sanity provided a very robust solution that met all my needs for flexibility, ease of use, customizing validations, etc. It also allowed our content creators to own their own content, not needing engineering intervention for almost anything. There is a wide array of plugins that helped us with things like translations into multiple languages. I also found it very easy to ramp up on - being able to create schemas in javascript was easy, and ...

It's effortless to get it up and running especially if you're looking to create numerous sites for clients or personal use. What do you dislike about Sanity? Lots of popups if there are multiple functionalities within nested components. It can get cumbersome if the user is trying to dig through the popups to get to where they want to edit. Tutorials for more advanced customization of the UI ...
