We love it!
We now have so much real time visibility to our business it's allowed us to make decisions quicker that improve our results faster. It's very easy to learn, use, and leverage to improve our safety, compliance, and fleet efficiency. We love it!

Samsara is an awesome platform!
Samsara is an awesome platform!! Easy and simple to use but provides the most detail when it comes to managing a fleet. They also have great customer representatives, tech support needs some work but that happens when you outsource call center to other countries.

I really like that I have the ability to message our drivers directly through Samsara. I also am very excited to start trying the driver safety courses with some of our drivers. I do wish that retrieving video was a bit easier, as it always takes me more than one try to get the exact clip that I need.

Onboarding process review
The continued support throughout the onboarding process has been amazing. They provide plenty of resources to enable the customer to answer some of their own questions. My onboarding coach has been very responsive and has had great follow-through. Keep up the good work.
