Samsara has lived up to all expectations

Samsara has been great to work with. The software works excellent for our intended purposes, the camera quality is superb, the GPS tracking is very efficient, and the alerts have all been useful. My onboarding team is incredibly responsive and helpful getting everything setup, and answers any questions or confusions I have had. I definitely would recommend Samsara to anyone needing dash cams.

New user, very pleased with support!

I'm new to the platform and Esther is very patient and listens to me. Always provides me with what I need and more. She responds quickly with detailed video instructions and follows through until the issue is resolved. I'm very pleased with the support that she provides and I feel like she will do whatever is necessary to address my concerns.

Don't Hesitate get this stuff

Communication and quick responses and solutions to any issues were resolved quickly. If any company is thinking about getting Samsara for their own fleet please don't hesitate. The sales video is amazing and touches on so many features. Installation is easy with the app I installed most of our fleet myself and i am not a technical wizard. the Dashboard is user friendly and any issues i had were dealt with immediately.

Not renewing after this experience.

We have 10 trucks using Samsara. One of our trucks was totaled back in May and instead of "allowing" us to cancel the service for that truck, they are requiring a one year "early termination" fee (or pay the balance of the contract). To get a new replacement truck on the road takes about 8 months. The truck that was totaled has been hooked up to Samsara for the past 6 years. We will not be renewing our contracts.

Gaining more insight to the capabilities of Samsara

Having some experience with Samsara, this training gave me more insight to some of the abilities that I either have never used or should consider including them in my daily activity with my region.

Easy to do

At beyond24 I asked about the AG53. In less than 12 hours I had approval to order the amount currently needed.

WE had another platform before we got Samsara and were thoroughly disappointed on a daily basis. I cannot say that about Samsara as we have had an excellent experience every since we change to this platform.

Samsara is an awesome platform!

Samsara is an awesome platform!! Easy and simple to use but provides the most detail when it comes to managing a fleet. They also have great customer representatives, tech support needs some work but that happens when you outsource call center to other countries.
