Customer of Samcart since 2020!

Working with Samcart customer service has been an A++ experience. I've messaged with Brianna (specifically) many times and all issues and questions were almost immediately resolved. I've been a customer of Samcart since 2020 and have built multiple membership communities using its software. It's fast, easy, and fun.

Stellar Customer Service...despite my newbie error!

I signed up for SamCart (and later CreatorU) as I was trying to start up my new business. I found the tutorials, tools, etc. to be super helpful and creator-forward; however, as a complete newbie, I jumped into this tool much too early and did not have my website or shop set up. I messed up on my renewal date and Ashley C. and the Customer Service team went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me. Samcart-easy to implement tools that always convert

Samcart is great at making the platform completely intuitive to use and they are always trying to make the customer experience as easy as possible. They are constantly analyzing data to help sellers on their platform be as successful as possible. When they have a new tool, it's easy to implement and it always converts!

There is everything you need to be successful available. You are the last factor. Samcart has the best customer service and they have helped me with every issue I have had. Great step by step instuction and plenty of resources to keep you busy for a lifetime.

I'm a complete novice just starting out and I've been able to figure out the Samcart platform. I'm using the Launch product and its perfect for what I need to get started out. Also the Samcart team seem to really want to help people to succeed

Totally worth the investment

They are AWESOME! SamCart has not only helped us get our business off the ground, but we've been learning SO much from their courses. We've tested other platforms and SamCart is by far the best one!
