Very user friendly but lacking in reporting features

What do you like best? I love how user friendly it is. It also integrates easily with our CRM and Wishlist Member on our website. We are also able to customize it for our brand. What do you dislike? We find reporting to be very limited and not always accurate. I wish they offered more reporting features. For instance if you pull reports on sales by date it is not accurate for each product. So if we wish to see the revenue generated by product, we have to pull a product sales ...

It depends on what your needs are

What do you like best? the system accepts one to make installments for a ticket to attend a course. The WYSIWYG platform does make the process to build a product simpler. The visual presentation and the template options are very professional looking; much better than the view one gets with other platforms like eventbrite. What do you dislike? SamCart is everything you need to sell online as a digital creator. High converting sales pages and course delivery software, all-in-one. Plus their support team and ongoing coaching through Creator-U is incredible. They really set you up for success! Excited to get my business to a point where I can upgrade my plan to get all their bells and whistles, but even on the cheapest plan, it's a robust system and easy to use.
