Very user friendly but lacking in reporting features
What do you like best? I love how user friendly it is. It also integrates easily with our CRM and Wishlist Member on our website. We are also able to customize it for our brand. What do you dislike? We find reporting to be very limited and not always accurate. I wish they offered more reporting features. For instance if you pull reports on sales by date it is not accurate for each product. What do you like best? I love how easy the platform is to use. We started using SamCart after using Clickfunnels for several years and the difference is night and day. It's way more simple to create products, very easy to link to all of our other systems for fulfillment, and most importantly — easy to look at reports and see how our store is doing. Easy + User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best? The templates for creating pages and checkouts make creating products and offers so easy. I don't have to worry about the layout when I chose one of the pre-designed templates. I also love that I can create one page but have multiple price options for monthly payments. What do you dislike? That I can't insert emojis!
