What do you like best about Salsa CRM? The ease of use and intuitive functionality are very helpful for someone who is a novice to CRM software. What do you dislike about Salsa CRM? The internal word processor needs improvement. Has problems with formatting and is not very useful when editing or creating new documents. What do you like best about Salsa CRM? The excellent customer service support! They are friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Salsa CRM? Occasionally, a long wait time when I call on the phone. What problems is Salsa CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a very useful database for our non-profit organization

What do you like best about Salsa CRM? They are very responsive and patient. The tutorials are helpful too. What do you dislike about Salsa CRM? Launching the product by yourself is a little daunting. The on boarding process has taken longer than I anticipated. What problems is Salsa CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? When we finally get it fully functional, it will bring many products together into one system and provide us a real planning tool for engaging with our readers and donors.

What do you like best about Salsa CRM? I'm not particularly a 'technie,' so software is a challenge for me. What makes Salsa stand out is their great customer support. I would like to give a particular shout out to Llona Globa . What do you dislike about Salsa CRM? It's a bit annoying that the creator of this survey wants to force me to enter a negative comment. What problems is Salsa CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing our relationship with our non-profit donors and supporters.

What do you like best about Salsa CRM? The screen to screen flow is very user friendly. I enjoy the features that are available. What do you dislike about Salsa CRM? There are always features that you wish you had, but let’s be honest. It gives me what I need to maintain my client database. What problems is Salsa CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing my day to day activites and reaching my clients while minimizing those who would normally “slip through the cracks”.
