Really satisfied with the quality and the best performance of customer service.

PROS: Salsa CRM is flexible to our growing charity. It's customizable to allow us to communicate precisely what we want from our sponsors, volunteers and customers. Customer service is simple, attentive, thinking of out-of-box systems based upon my specific needs. CONS: The operating system is complicated because there are so many features that it requires some time to work hard to find everything. Within a year, the device always updating.

Efficient CRM funding program.

PROS: It's very easy to use, a novice can quickly access the platform. Great customer experience, assisted us to learn on how to create the type of system as we necessary it-could attach our own data and get everything managed effectively! CONS: Great digital software. It's operating now, but I'm hoping with something more stable throughout the coming years.

"Outdated and not the most user friendly"

What do you like best about Salsa CRM? The upsides are that you can access Salsa CRM from any web browser, so it’s not necessary to have a program downloaded on your computer. What do you dislike about Salsa CRM? I find reporting to be very challenging and even just finding a record can be a chore. It’s not user friendly and it really isn’t a true CRM. "Convoluted System "

What do you like best about Salsa CRM? The log in process was easy. I could go between my desktop and laptop easily. What do you dislike about Salsa CRM? Pulling reports was unnecessarily complicated and so was entering out of system donations. Recommendations to others considering Salsa CRM: You need to be vigilant about duplicates. What do you like best about Salsa CRM? I've been able to do what I need to do on Salsa, though it seems like it would be complicated to try anything outside of that due to the fact that the site doesn't seem very user friendly. I haven't spent much time on the site, so I'm not sure of everything it is capable of, but it doesn't strike me as immediately easy to use.
