Salsa CRM is a big advantage for charity organizations.

PROS: Salsa CRM made it easy for users to handle your contributors, sponsors, volunteer groups, as well as your employees! CONS: I don't have noticed something that I don't like since then.

Do not go with Salsa if you are you small to medium size nonprofit

PROS: The integration with Salsa Engage (email & marketing) is, far and away, the best aspect of Salsa, but there are many other platforms that can do this for far less money. Imports are straightforward and there is simple way to global update- ie add all in an import to a Salsa Engage group. CONS: Salsa CRM is not intuitive or easy to use, limiting the use within our organization to one staff person (NOT what you want in a donor platform or CRM). Manual data entry is clunky and time ...

Salsa CRM is very user friendly, simple to understand and offers useful features.

PROS: I enjoy the latest component interface. It displays all the latest operations and searches data on a single device. As well, Salsa is so easily understandable that we've had minimal trouble having personnel back in operation. User permissions provide sufficient versatility in which operators could maintain data security stable while letting users get some control over the information. "Potential but without promise"

What do you like best about Salsa CRM? The The ability to track multiple emails and addresses. But that is also part of the software's downfall. Getting cumulative giving data based on queries doesn't work because it multiplies giving by the number of addresses for a constituent. Gift count doesn't work either. PROS: We used excel sheets and Salsa placed almost all our sponsors in one position and made it easy for us to connect with them via Engage. We already have a background of our contributors and can quickly determine their engagement within our company. The great feature had been on-line activity scheduling, preventing workers from making reservations and responding to questions. The Salsa staff is very experienced and helpful.

PROS: The Salsa staff is very experienced and polite. They even identify you as a user. Clay Rios is helpful and knowledgeable, and he can make me happy. I'm looking forward to have a discussion with him. However the whole Salsa customer service team is supportive. CONS: There have been instances that they put you on hold. It's more convenient to call in the customer service in the morning.

Effective for a wide workplace.

PROS: Since our workplace was expanded around our nation, I enjoyed how convenient it was to coordinate with all our personnel in a reasonable time. CONS: I hope this was more economical. It's been too costly with our program. I also really want the members would have been more attentive. It takes us at most a day to receive messages whenever the application was have minor problem.

Salsa is excellent software.

PROS: We've already bought, rented, awarded and experienced too many resources to mention. Before we eventually discovered SALSA. The system is continuously updating and adding functionality, customer satisfaction is completely outstanding, and their commitment to the end-user is apparent in the functionality they provide and the enhancements they had already implemented over through the years that we were together.
