What do you like best? It was easy to learn, easy to make appointments and to reschedule etc. What do you dislike? Nothing I disliked about this useful software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great appointment scheduling and operational software

What do you like best? Supports all functions of running a business What do you dislike? Large program so can run a bit slow at times What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great to manage inventory, HR functions and clients. Reports help bring insight into business trends. Love that the staff has a mobile version to help them manage appointments remotely

What do you like best? I love being able to see my massage appointments in real time on the app on my phone. I also like being able to add client notes on the app anytime. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that everything is displayed so you can easily see. It also tells you what each things if you hover over the icons with your mouse What do you dislike? What do you like best? Lots of features. Appointment booking is good. What do you dislike? Lots of bugs and the wait time for tech support can be over 30 minutes! What do you like best? I love the ease of Salonbiz. They’re online training tutorials really set you up for success. What do you dislike? It doesn’t work properly half the time and shuts down a lot. The integration with Pure Privilege through Aveda is always faulty. There is no way to set up a customer list by birthday- just birth month.
