What do you like best? Having our Saleswhale bot has helped free up a lot of my time from sending and following up with emails. The leads that I receive have helped my efficiency because I know these are hot leads and the clients have been primed for a deeper conversation straghtaway. What do you dislike? A great way to engage our high funnel leads and move people efficiently through the sales process

What do you like best? Saleswhale scales nicely with the increases and decreases in volume which we see as a business. It's relatively simple to use once it is fully setup. The support team are amazing and always happy to help us solve problems and use the platform better. What do you dislike? The UI and setup of the bots can be a little confusing at first. What do you like best? Continued conversation topics on a large scale basis. Really appreciate how sophisticated the NLP is to identify key words accurately and ensure seamless conversations. What do you dislike? The bot redirects people to the same contact for referrals, spamming the email. What do you like best? Low maintenance once the campaign is in place. Relentless touchpoints to generate warm leads. What do you dislike? It takes some efforts in building campaigns and does not have built-in A/B test functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
