What do you like best? - Salesmachine is really easy to setup. In 15 minutes you can see the health of your base. - You can gather the content of the other tools you use to find a clear view of your client base at the same place. - You can invite your colleagues to see your salesmachine for free. - The support team is reactive and effective! What do you like best? - Plug & play setup (Intercom and Mixpanel integration), I didn't need the help of a developer to integrate all the information from my users and accounts - Have a 360-degree view of my accounts and have a good indicator of their health - Simple, beautiful UX (I had several demos for other CSM platforms and I systematically found the UX too complex) - Nice, reactive team What do you dislike? The best (and most affordable) tool on the market for customer success

What do you like best? There are other customer success tools but they are way more expensive and not better! The interface is great, you can visualize your customer and trial health with ease. It connects with Slack which is great. Great tool to identify red flags and act on them. What do you dislike?
