Great Sales and Customer Success product

What do you like best? It has a very simple and clean user interface. Once correctly setup, its easy to understand how your leads and customers are doing. What do you dislike? Would be nice to have more "realtimyness" with the intercom integration. nice user experience, when well set, it helps a lot in the automation

What do you like best? being abble to follow the "life" of my customer (register a call, a pulse, some task, etc) What do you dislike? it's a bit slow to have all the information from intercom What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? having 500 customers take time and i didn't sucess to memorize all the informations : with all the atributes and the automation , i can follow my customers like if i all know them perfectly

A best product of customer health tracking service ever

What do you like best? Good UI to visualize customers' health, Easy to integrate with intercom, and Slack. What do you dislike? Sometime it's buggy especially Slack notification, and CSV export. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To predict churn risk, retention rate, etc. To know best timing to act CSM
