What do you like best? Love this product! I foundd it to be extremely helpful in engaging my restaurant's guests, as well as the abilities to listen, analyze, and publish through social conversations. I especially love the fact that my package and pricing was tailored for my business.

What do you like best? It allows for owned Channel Monitoring which allows for pulling owned content/comments into streams for moderation, engagement and review. I like the abiliy to scheduling, drafting, tracking brand owned social posts.

What do you like best? The mobile app means connection to your accounts wherever you are. Good for managing multiple accounts while not constantly behind a keyboard. The social listening tools are also a great tool but folders can sometimes be difficult to set up/navigate.
