What do you like best? It does not matter which browser you or your company use, which is nice! Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Opera, all of them. Easy to use tool for interacting and helping our customers

PROS: I love how simple and yet effective this product is. I love its offers, its features are simple yet detailed. I must say that their support service is great and really helpful. CONS: I couldn’t remember the steps on how to close the cases, sometimes I cannot close them and I had to do it over again.

Great and easy to use tool for social media opportunities

PROS: The product is well-organized with clean and clear interface. It offers great set of features and integrations. There is no need to build dashboards from the start and to download the engagement console or to search for java support. I like that social analytics, engagement and publishing is in one place and you can go around from scheduling posts, engaging customers, searching for topic trends and opportunities without leaving the URL.

"Social Studio is good and could be so much better"

What do you like best? Nice experience to approve and schedule posts. The look and feel of the platform is nice enough, although awkward when trying to access monitoring profiles that are somewhat hidden in architecture. Easy to access organic metrics although still doesn't include organic impressions which is a huge miss. Friendly support staff once you get a dedicated success rep. "Ease of scheduling to most platforms except Instagram"

What do you like best? I use Social Studio for scheduling Facebook, Twitter (two separate accounts), LinkedIn and Instagram posts for my organization. I like how easy the platform makes scheduling and monitoring posts. There have been times where I'll schedule a dozen tweets for one day and it's easy to drag, drop and reschedule them for another time that day, which is much easier than having to go back into each tweet and selecting a different post time.

You don’t have to build dashboards from start and to download the engagement console and to search for java support. Everything is super easy with Social Studio. Social analytics, engagement and publishing is in one place. You can easily go from scheduling posts, engaging customers, finding topic trends and opportunities without leaving the URL. The engagement tool is very powerful and useful tool.
