"Usually good, but mobile experience is frustrating."

What do you like best? I like that I can see what all the other malls are doing as well and the online is easy to use. I like that I can see what I'm doing the whole week so I can look for repetitiveness and see the whole picture.

"The misterious object"

What do you like best? I like the purity and simplicity of the graphical interface of Social Studio. I also love the ability to have all conversations on brands and products in a single access point. Unfortunately in Italian detecting sentiment is not easy. Even the computing power and the speed of execution are really valuable and useful.

What do you like best? Not much to be honest. Its convenient to have both social channels in one place (Facebook/Twitter). Also the view of scheduled posts is good.

"What a terrible experience"
