What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud? Ability to implement quickly and easily with out of the box functionality, and from there the sky is the limit - there is very little customization that can't be accomplished either declaratively or with a third-party app. The Lightning UX is clean and intuitive for both admins and end users. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud? Everything I need is in one place, from capturing data to organizing it to seeing what we are doing with it. Our leads are always organized, Marketing efforts are clear, and the team is on the same page. Training is always available, and the customer service is great.
