"It’s an amazing product which has other use cases out side of FSL domain."
What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Scheduling and Dispatching in service console. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? It is hard to learn sometimes and is not intutive What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Rapid delivery of service in emergency situations

"VRA is so helpful"
