"The Apple Collaboration for Technicians"

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? I really enjoyed the utility behind the AR technology. I personally own an iPad and was not familiar how to use the LiDAR Scanner. What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Field service is a vast product but what I like is that I can customize the app. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? Mapping not great, need better way to route What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Not missing customer service. Our work orders are auto created and assigned to the proper territory.
