"Powerful, feature rich, and has lots of integrations, but out-of-the-box UI is not always intuitive"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud? Salesforce shines in its customizability, plethora of integrations, breadth of features, and powerful, relatively easy-to-use reporting functions. I've been an admin for an org as well as a user, and have used it on a weekly basis for the last decade.

What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud? It's the class leading sales CRM. it has everything that your team needs to find leads, create opportunities and close sales deals. All tracked with standard objects and enhanced with customisations.it is easy to implement out of the box and integrates with many systems with its inbuilt apis. Custome support is great and the training online is world class. It's used daily in my organisation.

Very user friendly platform, helps in managing leads & opportunities, creating an extensive report for performance evaluation helps in getting good overview of the activities done & helps in getting valuable insights. It helps me organize all my data by providing a centralized platform for all of it.
PROS: This platform hosts all of my client data and other relevant information in my organization. It's very efficient--allowing me to retrieve all of the details I need with just a few clicks of a button. Now, I don't need to rummage through all my emails and file folders anymore.

PROS: Thanks to Salesforce Essentials, we've officially said our goodbyes to endless Excel sheets and net drives. It is a great platform that gives us room to customize our dashboard without being too complicated. It's really easy to use and I appreciate how it assists our team in becoming more efficient.
