"Great way to edit and use templates"
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to save and edit your own templates, while also being able to utilize company wide templates. What do you dislike? I wish there was a more fool proof to insert variables. I have sent a couple of emails with the <variable> still in there and would love a way that it stopped you from sending if you did not fill out all variables. What do you like best? The main upside of email studio is that it's very easy to use. What do you dislike? Like CRM, there can be several improvements made. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is great for sending both bulk emails and individually targeted ones. The main benefit is that it's great for campaigns.

What do you like best? Salesforce is honestly the most amazing software out there. We use this to track out investment clients as well as track out RVPs. What do you dislike? I wish that there was not the lightening force instead of the old software. We used the old one more than the new one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is helping us tier and have a central place where everyone can see the clients.

What do you like best? I love the ease it took to use this software. Nothing was difficult to use, and I really enjoyed the software that came with the system.
