"Terrible Experience that Nearly Ruined My Small Business!"
What do you like best? Not much to like here... Lost $20k and did not succeed with even getting the software to work after 6 months. Almost ruined my business. Their Sales Staff is pretty friendly until they get you to sign the contract but then they disappear and that's about it. What do you dislike? Very difficult to set up! What do you like best? It technically works and there is a lot of power and flexibility, if that is what you are looking for. What do you dislike? If you do not have significant technical experience you will have a lot of trouble running basic campaigns in this tool. What do you like best? I really like the quickness and integration of the product What do you dislike? From time to time the sales force email fail and that takes more than a day to be restored that's difficult when I am reliant on the product What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The program is very user friendly for all. The tracking it can do is incredible. What do you dislike? Nothing negative to say, it works very well and is user-friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for marketing campaigns and sharing documents. Many attributes combined in one program vs. having different programs to get things done.
