"Relatively straightforward with a few glitch issues"
What do you like best? I really love the WYSIWYG editor and how simple it is to build out communication pieces on the platform. The tracking functions are pretty smart and help us tailor our campaigns better to each user. What do you dislike? I have some issues with page load off and on which require page refresh. Also, when building emails with content block templates, I can't use the ones with more than one column because Outlook will strip the CSS from those emails. This is a HUGE issue ...

What do you like best? I like the ease of use with templates and making edits. I think the initial setup is tedious compared to other email platforms, but once it's setup it's easy to manipulate. What do you dislike? The setup tasks can take a bit of time and aren't super intuitive. But after that, it's fairly simple to use. What do you like best? Faster Interface / Software Response is fear not the fastest What do you dislike? It can be be slow sometimes and suffer from systems lags (they're not common) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Capable but GUI is difficult"
What do you like best? Email studio allows you to easily build modules, which makes creating new emails easier. Also, the integration with our CRM (also salesforce) is seamless so that pulling in audience members is easy. We can also create isolated lists within Marketing Cloud Email Studio so that the prospects do no immediately feed into our CRM. What do you like best? i like the fact that i can send emails to certain groups in the company rather than personally typing everyones email ids. What do you dislike? i dislike when i have to exclude a person from the group then i can't send the group emails and have to send individually which becomes a hassle of forgetting someone. "Save Time"
What do you like best? It's really quick to send emails using this feature. Since you just need to click on the email of the prospect and choose a template. What do you dislike? sometimes the feature chooses an incorrect email or different person from the one I was trying to reach. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving time it's the main benefit from it.

"Terrible Experience that Nearly Ruined My Small Business!"
What do you like best? Not much to like here... Lost $20k and did not succeed with even getting the software to work after 6 months. Almost ruined my business. Their Sales Staff is pretty friendly until they get you to sign the contract but then they disappear and that's about it. What do you dislike? Very difficult to set up!
