"Good email marketing tool"

What do you like best? This is a robust system that has a lot of features we like. A/B testing, automation, etc. The interface is fairly user friendly. Support is very responsive and helpful. They do frequent updates that make it better. What do you dislike? There are a few things that are missing that we would love to have - like throttling on an A/B test. "Effective tool, fairly straight forward to use"

What do you like best? I came into using Salesforce Email studio as a print person, but it was easy to learn, and has the tools we need to conduct email marketing campaigns. I LOVE that it has incorporated Litmus for email testing in various clients. I also love the automation tools, whether it's as simple as scheduling an email send so I don't have to send manually, or setting up a complex journey of various emails triggered by responses. What do you like best? The whole process is pretty easy to work with. From importing data to checking and then sending emails. What do you dislike? When routing to appropriate folders for content or data, the process is a little different depending on what area you are in. What do you like best? I like that it's fairly intuitive to navigate and that I'm able to diversify my audience with ease. THey have very useful, easy-to-understand analytics. Once I took the orientation class, I was able to figure out how to do mostly everything that the platform has to offer. What do you like best? To have the option to syncs your work and SFDC email is very helpful and saves times. What do you dislike? I dislike nothing at this time. The time is saved me has impacted my work. Recommendations to others considering the product: Evolve with the updates that various emails provide. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer have to go back and check emails. They are housed within the record in SFDC.
