What do you like best? Easy uploading of contacts through CSV files, with ability to remove duplicates. What do you dislike? For some reason, the default fonts and sizing return in new paragraphs and sections despite overall font setting at the beginning. This detracts from emails meant to be sent with uniformity. What do you like best? I like best that the application is very easy to maneuver through and it has an excellent help desk function as well. What do you dislike? One down side would include the subjects can be difficult to find at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
