"Salesforce is the industry leader, but sometimes seems behind the pack"

What do you like best? I like that the platform is fairly robust, however I don't like that it is missing features the some competitors have. What do you dislike? I dislike that with the email studio it becomes hard to have a simple landing form automation and you can't just integrate it with drupal. What do you like best? Publication Lists, which allow contacts to unsubscribe from a category of publication. We also were able to set a font color to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) requirements around contrast ratios on both white and light gray backgrounds that are currently in use. What do you like best? Easy uploading of contacts through CSV files, with ability to remove duplicates. What do you dislike? For some reason, the default fonts and sizing return in new paragraphs and sections despite overall font setting at the beginning. This detracts from emails meant to be sent with uniformity.
