What do you like best? Customization is best plus we are already using Salesforce CRM so it is a part match to use Email with them as well for all the data. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the content creation capabilities. They have really done a good job with the updates, and make it easier to add in dynamic content and testing. What do you dislike? There are still limitations when it comes to tracking and reporting data. The tracking data is still clunky and still is not in the same aesthetic format as the rest of email studio. What do you like best? I like that it's cohesive. Once you input your information it is stored pretty effectively which is nice. What do you dislike? It's not very user-friendly at all.
