"Great marketing tool"
What do you like best? It's easy to use, straightforward, offer a lot of space for personalization, can use templates, can prepare easy emails or more in depht dynamic content. What do you dislike? Sometime SF freeze, slow down and has errors, for the reat is great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use a template for our branding, it is easy to use even for new executives. Emails are easy to personilize with variables.

What do you like best? Once you get the program setup to cater your businesses specific requirements, it's ok. What do you dislike? It's not easy to use at all. I'm very internet savvy, so I'd hate to see how hard someone not familiar with the internet would handle it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The fact that you can create specific lists ( ie based on industry, job title etc) and send emails that you can track results and get email reports What do you dislike? Not been able to use a lot of visuals because of fear of bouncing back or ending up in spam folder What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
