What do you like best? The helpful insights into email metrics as well as ease of creating new content. What do you dislike? Easy to get bogged down in the data and how to best use it without writing SQL. No AMPscript training available. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take your time implementing! What do you like best? It sends out our emails to all of our customers. What do you dislike? It has the worst customer service/support I've ever experienced. They offer almost no training with their tool and it's not intuitive or easy to learn on your own - extremely robust, but unable to take any advantage of the system because it's impossible to learn.
