Outlook connectivity issue.

I bought the subscription on 23rd April and I don't want to continue with it so I cancelled subscription on 22nd May just so I don't get into Auto-renewal and then call them for refund - But somehow the campaign which I was running cannot be seen. It was all gone. This means, I don't have access to check who unsubscribed my business which will obviously cause issues in future if I resend emails to them. Terrible company

Terrible company, I am using their tool for 4 months, I couldn't send a single email, not even joking. I even spent 250 dollars to hire some expert that work for them, and supposly can make this thing work. I spend so much money and time on this and nothing works. I really lost patience now, and I can't even login in my account anymore... what the hell. Stay away from this, seriously it's a sad joke.
