What do you like best? For the Salecycle review, I would have to say it appeals to a wide variety of people. What do you dislike? There are some things that don't apply to my situation. It's not bad, but it's not great either.

What do you like best? Gives a lot of options when looking for new ways to get customer data. What do you dislike? A bit convoluted. Offers more features than it probably should (because several are redundant). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We actually used it solely because it allowed for using coupon codes.
