What do you like best about SaleCycle? The people are very helpful and obviously know their stuff inside out. The Abandoned basket program has a great ROI that justified the work easily. What do you dislike about SaleCycle? Not much, the initial setup required some funny hours as their technicians are in a different time zone, but once setup the account manager assigned was in our region.
