What do you like best about SaleCycle? Straight forward setup! Given the process it would take to develop this in house, think it was good to go live with this through Salecycle. What do you dislike about SaleCycle? The manual aspect of having to share CRM data through filezilla. We've had quite some problems with this setup. What do you like best about SaleCycle? Flexible attitude and tool, helpful in increasing sales, but also pays attention to brand and ux concerns. What do you dislike about SaleCycle? Internal reporting system could be more detailed, better looking. What problems is SaleCycle solving and how is that benefiting you? We use abandoned basket emails. We recovered some lost sales last year with this tool.
