Sailthru is an essential tool for managing large email or SMS marketing campaigns
What do you like best? Sailthru's web interface is easy to navigate, extremely fast to look up individual campaigns and customers. Even hunting through the history of a campaign's emails or a customer's received emails over their lifetime is super fast.. Analysis of any big sales campaign is super well visualized so we know how much revenue we're generating in real time. Simple, efficient, reliable delivery
What do you like best? I've been using SailThru for about a year and I have virtually no problems with it. It's easy to use, it pulls the right stories to sort through in the feed without having to go back and add them, and the customer service has been great. What do you like best? Sailthru's interface is very intuitive and easy to use, much better than our previous tool. I also like that it makes it easy to make manual edits to HTML and other code. Great interface, lots of features
What do you like best? I like the reporting features for SailThru also how each user's profile gives a detailed summary of their activity both via email engagement but also site activity. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's hard to get reports to export quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to better track engagement while also targeting our message to the highest propensity to convert user.

What do you like best? I find this product easy to use and has a user friendly interface. I use the analytics tool a lot to gage the success of my sends. What do you dislike? Sometimes the data feed lags when you're trying to rearrange the stories. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending out newsletters.
