Sailthru Marketing Center is an excellent tool for reaching my audience.

What do you like best? The reporting dashboard capabilities are better than any other provider I've worked with. It is easy to get total send and open numbers when A/B testing. Instead of manual addition. What do you dislike? To get at the detailed link clicks, however, I still have to open up each report and manually add each click. An essential tool for large customer databases and complex email campaigns

What do you like best? Sailthru's API allows us to constantly update customer data and custom variables on every customer to monitor their promotions, their eligibility for certain promotions or marketing. The web interface has elements which could do with a revamp but it's functionally pretty well equipped for most tasks. What do you like best? Sailthru is very easy to use and provides quality support to me and my team. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything about Sailthru. Any issue that has arisen was resolved quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My team uses Sailthru as our main Email Service Provider which helps us send out our daily newsletter while tracking performance.

Intuitive application, great customer support

What do you like best? The Sailthru application interface is easy to navigate. Having worked with several different ESPs, I really appreciate Sailthru's efforts to simplify the template building and campaign development stages. I'm able to setup a new template in a matter of minutes instead of hours, and the campaign workbook is very easy to navigate and review before launching a campaign.
