Sailthru is a great email platform

What do you like best? Their customer service is great, they have dashboards that are very useful, and their data can easily be exported to use in other platforms. What do you dislike? The filtering is tough to figure out. We have a lot of newsletters and just being able to isolate one newsletter to determine things like "actives" or growth over time, etc is not easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a LOT of ...

I use SailThru daily, primarily to generate email campaigns.

What do you like best? It works when our third-party provider keeps everything flowing. We've been told problems are not with SailThru but on the third-party end. What do you dislike? Must erase "New Campaign" rather than overwrite on the Campaign Name page. On the Build Your Campaign from a Template page, the template dropdown list is a jumble, mostly reverse alphabetical order but sometimes latest to be produced on top, making templates difficult to find every time it's used. ...

MUST HAVE FOR MARKETING

What do you like best? Sailthru makes it easy to deliver targeted advertising to users & curate a professional look. What do you dislike? Data is sometimes confusing & appears to be not relevant for this kind of work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to try out new marketing techniques and optimize sending times, audience data, and subject line performance!

Forward thinking and customer focussed

What do you like best? Loyalty - it really does pay to not switch CRM tools every few years. I'd recommend building a good rapport over a number of years with your chosen platform, the benefits can often outweigh the small upside of saving a few £'s. This does not mean you do not challenge them when the tough questions come round. Customer focussed - the support I've received is second to none. After the first year of using Sailthru, the main reason for signing up to a second term ...

Sailthru offers comprehensive solutions for email marketing needs

What do you like best? The drag-and-drop template builder and Lifecycle Optimizer are two great features. What do you dislike? There's a bit of a steep learning curve when it comes to using the Zephyr language, personalization and integrations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sailthru allows us to easily manage recurring and one-off email campaigns featuring content dynamically pulled from our website, serving as a reliable ...

Creating unbelievably awesome templates in minutes

What do you like best? I love the visual editor for email template creation. It's super easy, creating what I want how I want and no code necessary. What do you dislike? The entire system is a little complex because they have so much to offer and it has so many functions, it can take a little while to master it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending out personalised email campaigns with no effort at all. Creating flows that ...

Good platform but does have limitations

What do you like best? its an easy to use platform, easy to navigate and send out emails What do you dislike? Zephyr can cause some headaches. i feel this platform has been built with developers in mind, rather than your average marketer Recommendations to others considering the product: n/a What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lifecycle optimiser is a great tool and makes automated campaigns simple to run

Not scalable for my business

What do you like best? SailThru covers the basics. It allows you to write emails, code them, and send them to various lists with (barely) enough flexibility built in. What do you dislike? It's a clunky software that doesn't do as well when thinking about greater personalization and email coding capabilities. In order to do so, you'd need to build in vendors on top of that or take analytics in-house. However, their support team isn't great at offering integration advice. Features ...
