Robust ESP for eCommerce merchants of all sizes

What do you like best? I like Sailthru's API and documentation so technical employees can help setup a variety of campaigns from simple to complex. The system allows you to really interconnect data from one platform to another. What do you dislike? Sailthru could work on their user interface for administration.
