Password help

What do you like best? I like that I am able to set security questions in case I forget my password instead of calling tech support What do you dislike? There’s nothing about it I don’t like, it’s very convenient for reseting my password What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to reset password easily if I forget it

Convenient

What do you like best? All my logins are centralized so i only have to login once instead of multiple locations. Password recovery is very simple to use What do you dislike? I have been using identity now for several months without an issue as of yet, so I really couldn't say. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Password recovery is the most convenient feature. We are able to save a lot of time without having the IT department reset user's passwords.

Easy to use and put in request tickets

What do you like best? Easy to use and put in ticket requests through this software. We use this as our main ticketing software when users are requesting access accounts to our electronic medical records system we manage and Sailpoint allows us to track, document in and resolve these ticket requests with ease. What do you like best? Easy to use. Great access area and easy to navigate. Has easy to find access. What do you dislike? It can take a while to get the whole program up and running. It is worth the wait to get it live. It seemed to slow down our system at the time but am sure it has been upgraded by now. Great central identity provider

What do you like best? For us as a large enterprise it actually helps creating one central identity, instead of many distributed ones. What do you dislike? Set-up can be quite complicated to start with, once it is set-up, it works great. What do you like best? Before SailPoint was introduced to my company, there was a lot of manual work that one had to be done for one person on my team. However, with this product, it has made our employees self sufficient and increase productivity. I also liked the search functionality of the roles within the tool. What do you like best? Allows for easy automation of termination scripts. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about this product. What do you like best? We are in the process of rolling out IdentityNow and we absolutely love how easy SailPoint has been to work with. What do you dislike?
