Quick, concise, accurate advice
My problem was very quickly understood. Advice received was quick to arrive, concise, accurate and enabled efficient repair and continuation with the task in hand. I cannot find fault with this service; it has replaced my previous "go-to" for help (which was to call and wait on the phone)
