I paid for subscription annually

I paid for subscription annually. Money was taken from my Apple account but service was not provided. I contacted Safervpn several times by email and sent payment details. They eventually replied saying they had problems with Apple payments and suggested I ask Apple for a refund. I contacted Apple and they refused the refund. I have lost my money and have service from Safervpn. RIP off.

Been a customer for over a year now and have successfully used Safer in a number of different countries.I can commend the assistance given on the very few occasions i have needed it so buy with confidence !

I travel and SaferVPN keeps my data and personal information safe. Whenever I enter any business that has a wi-fi available that is not secured, my SaferVPN kicks in and I my devices and the data they contain is safe.

pretty good app, but it is puzzling how the extensions for Chrome and Firefox are not working properly, I have continuous problems that not even the service can solve.I regret having made the three-year subscription and obviously they will not refund me

Had their service for years and it worked great!!! Recently - over the last 3 weeks - their service does not connect at all. Spent hours online with their technical support - no solution!Be aware that you will not get any money back unless you cancel the service within the first 30 days. I have 6 months left ....
