Problem solved very quickly
I had a problem starting up the software, but was able to access my account online. Still, the app simply refused my password. Asked for halp using the online chat (27/7!) and got it, very quickly, from Allison. Thanks!

Just come back to the UK after a few…
Just come back to the UK after a few months abroad. I have tried several times to activate the VPN and it tells me 'login error' when instead everything is correct with my log on details. Also, when I click 'help' it takes me to a page where it says that 'safervpn' refuses to connect'. Honestly, I do not know what to think! I cannot even go to their official home page because I get the same response.. what shall I do? I am really disappointed!!

After doing a lot of research I'am glad i picked SaferVPN . Simon Weber gave excellent customer service. Solved problems with setup, billing, tech support.The VPN app works fine. I love it.
