I am a paid customer and with every new version safer VPN becomes unusable. And support never agree that there is any bug, everything is working as excepted for them! It's a feature, not a bug!Examples:1. Now you MUST login after every reboot. Support answer: this is to save user privacy. WHAT? There are no sensitive data, it's just a VPN!2. My VPN has not been working for more than 3…
My VPN has not been working for more than 3 weeks due to technical issues attributable to SaferVPN. Their "engineers" tried to resolve the problem through remote session on my computer, but to no avail. However, SaferVPN is purely and simply ignoring my refund requests.

wasnt working with my chrome and i made the mistake of contacting their customer service, dont do it , they will ,make you do everything instead of just canceling if your device is having issues, they start being pushy. I spent 1 hour trying to get it sorted and it didnt work . Just use it if it works right away , otherwise just dont/.
